2. What this site does

lifebox.media is a page of links. It has no visitor accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It loads nothing from third parties: the fonts and everything else are served from this domain.

3. Cookies

The public pages set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. A single strictly necessary cookie is used only in the administration area, for signed-in administrators (see section 7).

4. Delivery and protection: Cloudflare

To deliver the site quickly and protect it from attacks, requests pass through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, acting as our processor. Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data (such as browser type, requested address and time) to deliver the page and filter malicious traffic. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure and available website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA rely on it and on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our own servers are in a data centre in Prague (Czech Republic) and keep no logs of visits.

5. Link clicks

When you tap a link, we count the click: one counter per link, language version and day. Nothing about you is stored — no IP address, no browser data, no cookie, no identifier of any kind. You are then forwarded to the target site.

For links to mysterieslove.com we add the parameters utm_source=instagram, utm_medium=bio and utm_campaign=linkinbio. They tell that site the visit came from this page and contain no data about you.

6. Other websites

The links lead to other websites (for example Telegram, YouTube, mysterieslove.com). Their operators are responsible for any processing there, under their own privacy policies.

7. Administration area

The site administrators sign in with a one-time link sent by email; only addresses on a closed list receive it. To sign in we process the email address entered and, to limit sign-in requests, a keyed hash (not the values themselves) of the email address and of the IP address, deleted after 15 minutes. Sign-in links are stored only as a hash and deleted at the latest one day after they expire. The session cookie lasts 7 days.

The emails are sent through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) acting as our processor. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (securing access to the administration).

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to [email protected].

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz, or with the authority of the EU country where you live.

9. Changes

We update this policy when the site changes; the date at the top shows the current version.
